Who runs it

FinanceLand is built and run by Brad McAllister through Real Code Ltd, a UK company registered in England & Wales (No. 08919593). There is no editorial team or newsroom — the guides, calculators and news aggregation on this site are built and maintained by one person.

What it does today

• Free calculators (loan repayments, mortgage overpayments) that run entirely in your browser.
• Plain-English guides explaining how UK financial products work.
• A news feed pulled directly from the official Bank of England and FCA RSS feeds, plus the live Bank Rate from the Bank of England’s own data service.

We do not list live deals, we do not broker credit, and we are not authorised or regulated by the FCA. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a personal recommendation.

How it makes money

Right now, it doesn’t. There are no affiliate links, no sponsored placements and no paid listings on this site. If that changes in future — for example through an FCA-authorised partner network — it will be clearly disclosed on the relevant pages.
